INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Space to think about your leadership.

Most leaders are reflective people with nowhere unhurried to do it. Individual coaching gives you that: a regular hour to think about how you are leading, what you are carrying, what you want to be different, and how you will implement actions.

AT A GLANCE

Shape: Blocks of 8 to 12 sessions
Sponsored by: You, or your organisation
Where: Munich, or online
Credentials & modalities: ICF PCC & ACTC, Positive Intelligence, Relational Intelligence, Systemic, Grief

Usually, something has changed around you

A bigger remit. A restructure. A team you inherited rather than built. A promotion that changed what people need from you. Returning from an extended leave or a major life event.

What tends to happen is that the way of working that got you here starts costing more than it returns, and the first sign is exhaustion rather than failure. Coaching is where you look at that honestly, decide what you actually want to be doing, and then practise it while the stakes are real.

  • FIRST

    A CONVERSATION

A low-stakes, free of charge conversation to determine if coaching is the right modality for you and if there is a good fit.

  • THEN

    A BLOCK OF WORK

Eight to twelve sessions across several months, at a cadence that allows you to take action and integrate. You have agency to set and change the agenda.

  • AFTER

    RENEW, OR PAUSE

We take stock at the end of the block and assess: to Continue or to Stop. That decision is up to you.

  • IF YOU ARE PAYING YOURSELF

We contract between the two of us at the onset of the engagement. You will define the goals and metrics for coaching, which we will come back to periodically.

  • IF YOUR ORGANIZATION IS PAYING

We contract three ways at the start of the engagement, so everyone knows what this is: you, me, and whoever is sponsoring the work. Goals are agreed openly. What you say in a session stays in the session.

I coach you. I do not coach your sponsor, and I am not a channel back to them.

  • ETHICS

I work to the ICF Code of Ethics, hold PCC and ACTC credentials, and bring my own work to supervision.

Coaching is not performance management or a message delivery mechanism. It is also not therapy. When topics come up that belong in therapy, I will help you find the right person.

WHOLE SUM

One practice, three ways to evolve.

Whether you’re curious to explore your own situation and possibilities, yearning to learn something new, or the team you lead is ready to make a transformative leap, whole sum. offers and experiences build and support each other.
