My job is to show you the greatness in yourself
I coach humans to be better humans to themselves and others and to be better contributors and collaborators in their teams.
I’ve always thrived in team environments, and my true passion has always been people.
I’ve worked with a man on the verge of self-destruction reeling after a terrible divorce, who transformed into the present, engaged father he always wanted to be, and later remarry.
I’ve witnessed other moments of quiet but equally powerful change. A woman so paralyzed by insecurity in her job that it seeped into every part of her life—holding her back.
I’ve been lucky enough to experience moments where people step into themselves in was they never thought possible.
Through our work, she not only found confidence but embraced herself fully. She left that job behind and is now thriving in a new role where she’s wildly successful.
Sometimes, the transformations are in the seemingly small wins—a mother returning to work after having her first or second child, struggling with boundaries and learning to say ‘no’ without guilt.
Discover the clarity and confidence to take charge of your journey and navigate life with intention.
My Journey
As a child of a less than amicable divorce, a plane crash survivor, a survivor of the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, a caretaker for my dying father and a bereaved mother to a daughter who died of a rare disease, these events have been lessons in loss, but more so, they’ve become lessons for life. Through my own search for meaning, I’ve come to realize that we all have the potential to transform in ways we never would have thought possible

The whole Carrie coaching experience
Supporting people reach a level of self-awareness where they realize they are already confident, capable, and full of potential. They don’t have to become someone else to do magnificent things.
what fires me upmy bona fidesI’m an ICF ACC and ACTC coach and an INELDA certified end of life doula.
I am Carrie sauce that goes on everything and makes it taste better / BBQ sauce that’s spicy and sweet 😆
what my husband says about meI just really believe in people; their potential and the power of support.
When someone feels believed in, when they know their mistakes or choices don’t define them, when they have the space to be fully seen and explore who they are, that is a gift.
For me it’s about the sacredness of witnessing someone becoming. It’s a creative, imaginative process, watching people step into themselves in a way they hadn’t before. That’s why I do this work.
